Below are the terms and policies of Cases By
Source, Inc.
Returns & Exchanges All returns and exchanges are to be made within 10 days
of purchase.
Returns to Cases By Source, Inc. must be shipped pre-paid
at customer’s
expense. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original
packaging, and with accessories. The original packing slip must be included and
the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be visible on the outside
of the shipping package. To get a RMA number, call Cases by Source, Inc. and
have the quantity and stock number of the item to be returned, along with the
date of purchase, invoice number and cost of the item. Any discrepancies could
result in a delay or refusal of your refund. Merchandise returned without a RMA
number will not be accepted. The issuance of a RMA number does not mean that
a credit will automatically be issued. The credit of merchandise is at Cases
by Source’s option and issued only after Cases by Source, Inc. inspection.
A $25.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for products not returned in the original
manufacturer's packaging.
If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for
credit or replacement within 10 days from date of invoice. A packing slip must
be included stating the item returned and the nature of the defect. Cases by
Source, Inc. will at its option repair or replace defective goods. (MUST BE RETURNED
IN ORIGINAL BOX WHERE APPLICABLE.) Returned merchandise not meeting these requirements
will not be accepted by Cases by Source, Inc.Please Note: Defective goods after
repair or replacement will be returned to you in the same box received in.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be issued for custom case orders.
All refunds for non-defective return items exclude shipping charges.
Allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
to your account. If you placed your order on a credit card we will need your
credit card number to process the credit (Orders that were placed online, do
not allow us to see the entire credit card number).
Telephone Orders and Inquiries Our customer service representatives are available by phone
Monday - Friday 8:30AM EST to 5:00PM EST. Answering machines are used outside

Internet Orders You can order directly from our website 24 hours a day. If
you are looking for a particular product by part number from our catalog please
type it in the search bar on the website.
Cases By Source, Inc. cannot process web orders from countries other than USA
and Canada. Please contact us at 1.201.831.0005 for further assistance.
Cases By Source, Inc. processes credit card orders for shipping within 24 hours
of receipt, Monday - Friday. Most items are in stock and will be shipped within
24 - 48 hours. Some items require additional time for shipping. We will notify
you if there is a delay. Custom Cases will be quoted with an estimated ship date.
Methods of Payment For orders placed by phone, online or by fax, we accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks or money orders. Please
contact us for more info at 1.888.515.5255. Sorry, no COD orders. Established
companies can apply for a line of credit. This may delay shipping until the credit
application is complete.
Prices All prices on the website are in U.S. dollars. Prices are
subject to change without notice due to unforeseen changes in costs, or inadvertent
typographical errors.
Privacy Policy We collect your information for two reasons: to process your order and to send
future literature. If you do not wish to receive future literature please email
us and we will remove you from our mailing list. requests@casesbysource.comM Sales Tax All New Jersey Residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.
Shipping All orders are shipped FOB Source facility. Trucking carriers
and the customer assume responsibility for cases once they depart from the Source
facility. Claims are to be filed by the customer.
Source reserves the
right to adjust freight charges based on fluctuations
in carton size, and market conditions. Our Shipping
department may elect to switch freight carrier without
notice. We will contact you prior to shipment
for authorization of any additional shipping charges.
Loss or Damage in Transit: Claims must be filed with carrier within ten (10)
days.
Shortages: Claims must be filed with Cases by Source,
Inc. within ten (10) days.
Warranty All products come with the manufacturer’s
warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty specifically
excludes misuse, abuse, and normal expected wear and tear. Wheels are not covered
by this warranty.
Source retains the right to repair, replace, or give credit for products covered
by this warranty at our discretion.
Custom product warranties are treated on a case-by-case
basis, but must be agreed upon in writing in advance.
Products that are found to be defective over 30 days
after shipment from Source should be returned to Source at the customer’s
expense. Products found to be defective upon receipt (within 30 days) are returned
by the most cost effective way at Sources’ expense. Before products are
returned, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by calling
